Digital Product — No Refund Policy

All products sold on editoraacademy.in are digital products delivered instantly upon successful payment. Due to the nature of digital goods — which can be accessed, downloaded, and used immediately — we maintain a strict no-refund policy once access has been delivered.

By completing a purchase, you agree that:

  • The product is delivered digitally and cannot be returned.
  • Refunds will not be issued after purchase and access delivery.
  • You have reviewed the product description, pricing, and inclusions before purchasing.

Refund Exceptions

We consider refund requests only under the following specific circumstances:

Duplicate Payment

If your account was charged more than once for the same order due to a payment gateway error, we will verify the transaction and process a full refund for the duplicate charge within 7–10 business days of confirmation.

Technical Non-Delivery

If payment was successfully deducted but you did not receive access to the product due to a technical issue, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase. We will first attempt to resolve the delivery issue. If unresolved within a reasonable timeframe, a refund may be processed.

Payment Gateway Error

If a payment was deducted from your account but the order was not confirmed due to a Razorpay processing error, please share your transaction ID with our support team. We will investigate and process a refund if the error is verified.

Non-Eligible Refund Requests

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstance:

  • "I didn't like the product" or "it didn't meet my expectations"
  • "I bought it by mistake" after the product has been accessed or downloaded
  • "I didn't get the results I wanted" — results depend on individual effort and execution
  • Change of mind after purchase and access delivery
  • Requests made after 48 hours of purchase without a valid technical reason

How to Request a Refund

Razorpay Payment ID or transaction reference number
Date and amount of purchase
Clear description of the issue

Refund Processing Timeline

If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method (UPI, debit card, credit card, or net banking) within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Razorpay processing timelines may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider after the refund has been initiated from our end.
